missdimples_la @nickilynn20 not sure what brand you usually wear, but I noticed difference in sizes between different styles and even seasons of the same brand. this bottom has a low rise, and cheeky coverage, maybe that's why.

nickilynn20 @missdimples_la I wear small in Victoria Secret, Roxy, Billabobg, O’Neill, American Eagle. So I feel I’m a true size small. Did u measure the circumference = 15 inches or flat hip to hip = 15 inches

missdimples_la @nickilynn20 the brands you listed are all junior brands (not sure about VS), so usually they are smaller than regular women size. Bar III is a woman's small, so naturally , it runs bigger than junior Small.
