Bar III Sleeveless top

Bar III sleeveless top purchased at Macy’s several years ago. Size M but I would say it fits more like an XS/small S. The top is really cute but I normally wear a size small and haven’t been able to enjoy this one because it fits a bit snug. There are some stitching/seam imperfections (bought it that way). Top becomes a little more cinched at waist with very mild peplum to the bottom. Has a zipper in the back as pictured. Look at the following measurements because it definitely does not fit like a medium. 16” pit to pit 24” top to bottom 13.5” across waist where it transitions from seafoam color to black
