Bar III dress is made of cotton, nylon, and spandex for stretchy, body hugging fit. Tank style on top, with ruffle flounder at hem. Accented with 100% cotton lace trim at waist and hem. Measures 12.5" across waist( about 25" waist) , about 15" across chest and 39" long. New with tags. Zipper closure.
