Barami skirt vintage 1990s

Bohemian style maxi skirt with shark bite hem and unattached sash belt. I got this skirt at a Barami shop in Manhattan in the 1990's. It Is fully lined with a lightweight, semi-opaque layer of the color brown as the swirl appliques on the black outer part. The lining is 30% silk, 70% cotton, making it breathable. The skirt is polyester. It has a side zip closure and can be worn with our without the sash belt. Measurements are shown in photos. Longest point from waist to bottom hem is approximately 36". Please see last photo for an imperfection on one part of the hem. I can make the repair with fray stop glue but I think it would be better done by a professional.
