The bodice has spandex for a great fit and the skirt is viscose with the most wonderful feel !! The hemline has a peekaboo tulle hem. The length from shoulder to hem is about 39 inches with straps fully extended. Waist measures 14 and one half inches when lying flat. The straps can be taken up about 2 inches.
