This is a fabulous Barbara Bixby Initial Pendant Enhancer Necklace. The enhancer is made from sterling silver and 18k yellow gold with a safety clasp closure. The pendant-enhancer is removable. The pendant-enhancer hangs from a beautiful teal cultured pearl strand by Honora, with sterling embellishments and sterling J hook and chain extender closure. Adjustable length from 15” to 20”. Pre-owned in excellent like new condition.
