lifesariver Apparently, whenever a transaction is "countered", the shipping reverts to the standard you have set up for your account. I've noticed this ring has been posted for a long time. Apologies in adance, I will be tossing out an offer than is considerably lower on the chance you will simply want to get rid of the inventory and move on. I've located three other listings for this ring that are significantly less in cost.
