Does this come with the snap on hood and zip in vest?

@ataylor1225 Good Morning, no it does not. Those are both accessories sold separately from Barbour. They typically do not come with just a jacket purchase. The jacket has the second set of zippers to accommodate a zip in vest and the buttons necessary to accommodate a hood. Thanks!
