Good condition vintage skirt The color is most accurate in the first pic Made in USA Feels like polyester Two pockets (the two-button closure on the side forms one of the pockets, super cute!) Slit on back with buttons Elastic on waist Measurements (marked as a vintage 9/10, but measurements equal a modern 4): 13.5" waist flat unstretched 14.5" waist flat stretched 20" hips flat 27" long 7" slit in back Issues (see pics) - - the bottom button of the slip cannot be buttoned/the bottom hole is blocked by fabric - some strings are pulled on a button hole, but this does not affect the functionality - there is a minor pull in the fabric on the front of the skirt
