I also had them cut the length of fringe on the sleeve as to keep the same symmetrical look. For my height, this brought the bottom of the fringe down to my ankle. This also made the dress much more manageable to wear all night. My friend that is 5’11 tried it on with my alterations and it still looks great on her, with the fringe falling mid calf. ***I had it dry cleaned and it’s in pristine condition. Keep in mind that this is made of 100% silk so it must but dry cleaned only going forward.
