Bardot Dress with Embroidered Sleeves

Ugh I’m so sad this didn’t fit! It was bought specifically for a vacation, but it’s too long for me. I’m 5’ 4, and they only had a “tall” one left, so I had to buy it. The sleeves are amaaazing, and it can be worn off shoulder or on. If you’re interested, I can measure the length of you’d like.
