These rich-brown boots still have the tag on the bottom. They have never been worn. The leather is soft an supple. The inside zipper goes all the way up, making the boots easy to put on. There is elastic goring down the back of the calf that measures a little over 7 inches. The heel is 1 inch. The sole is non-slip. Unstretched, the top of the calf measures 14 inches. Size 6.5 M. I bought these at a military exchange.
