NEW It measures 13" across, 3.25" deep, and 9" top to bottom. The strap is adjustable to crossbody. The color is a deep chocolate brown. The snaps are magnetic. The flap doubles as a pocket. It has two pockets on the outside under the flap. There is one pocket on the inside with a zipper. I couldn't find a fabric tag, but the body is vinyl, and the flap feels like leather.
