Like new - worn only one time. No signs of wear! Perfect for a night out on vacation in a warm climate or out shopping on a hot summer day. Personally, I think it’s too nice of a dress for the beach but to each their own! Ties closed in the back at neck so you can adjust as needed. There’s a keyhole where it ties closed. Neck line has a key hole with brass detail as shown. There’s an elastic waist where the material blouses out a bit. There’s also tie/brass detail at waist so you can adjust there as needed. Skirt from waist down measures 42in.
