Very cool tiny bag that can be worn as either a clutch or wristlet bag from Barneys New York, circa late 90s. In excellent condition inside and out. Unfolds and can be a larger bag. When folded there’s a magnetic lock to keep it small. See photos for measurements.
It has a kiss lock at top, zipper compartment and an interior zip pocket. Fully lined in satiny material. Wristlet strap can be removed. Original owner, smoke free home.

hello, I'm wanting to make sure my phone will fit. It's 20 note ultra. it measures 6.48×3.04. I see the tape measure but it looks like the frame area is smaller. Do you think it will fit? Thanks!!

@june2713 I do think it will fit because the kisslock area has a lot of room --you could even angle it in and then it will fit along the bottom. I tried my son's iPhone (6") and it fits with lots of room. I measured the width of the open kiss lock opening and put the photo on the listing. Hope this helps! Thanks for your interest!
