The labels say that this is "pure virgin wool" and "extrafino merino wool". The blazer is from Barney's New York and was made in Italy. The size is 52R and the color is a deep charcoal. The fabric is very nice and I don't see any damage or defects on the jacket. I would say that the jacket is middle weight for a blazer, not to light/not too heavy.
