FAW - Designer, F.A. Welch from Liverpool, England. From the 1950s to the 1970s he set Wedgwood cameos in Sterling Silver. In the 1970s he sold Merseyside Jewelers, the company he created to make this jewelry, to Wedgwood, and he then became a jewelry consultant to Wedgwood.

Sword between 3 wheat sheaves - Chester (1784 to 1962)
L - Date letter, with the the 3 wheat sheaves, showing 1961 as the manufacture year.
