hipnycmom @btakach01 yes if it is your correct size. The cup I am selling is a large. Size large starts at approx. 160 lbs.

hipnycmom @btakach01 I think it is going to be too big for you. I would suggest either going to a sporting goods store or buying one online that is your size based on weight. You can buy a cup with the briefs that will hold the cup if it is your first time buying one. I buy from dicks sporting goods. You can look online. You want the right size to protect you.

hipnycmom @btakach01 look on dicks sporting good site. They sell the briefs (they look like long underwear) and come with a cup that fits the brief or type baseball briefs and cup on internet and a pic will come up.
