Basic Black Cotton Halter Top

This top is so cute and lightweight! 100% cotton and easy to pair with anything and everything! There is elastic along the bottom to give it more of a looser fit in the waist….the elastic kind of rolled up after being in the wash. I tried getting a picture of it. If that doesn’t bother you or you know how to fix it, perfect! Other than that, it is a perfectly good top!
