Basler Dress w/ Velvet Detail

Very well made and fully lined German brand dress Basler. Has velvet detail and gold zipper. Length is approximately 38". Size is European 38, equivalent of U.S. M or 8. Armpit to armpit on mannequin in front is 19" and 18" on back. Excellent well tailored dress for work and play.
