Bathsheva dress size 4

Batsheva dress size 4, got it as a sample sale so no tag for the size. Only tried on but def not my style but super cute. It’s got a tulle lining underneath for the volume so it will be a big shipment. The top is black velvet and the bottom is some polyester kinda of shiny material, had shoulder pads. Shoulders: 14.5 Bust 16 Waist 14.5
