Batik orange & white swimsuit cover up or Sundress with seahorse pattern

Breezy swimsuit cover up or casual sundress. Orange with white seahorse batik pattern. Fringed hem and tie back for more fitted look. 28” in length including fringe. Bought in San Sebastian, Spain. No size label but fits like a SM/XS. Arm holes are larger so swimsuit or cami needed if worn as a dress (how I wore it). Size SM/XS. EUC
