Batik print overall shorts

This cute romper is so vibrant and fun, it has straps and a halter strap! I picked it up at a vintage market but it looks hand made, but has been fully lined inside. Just a little too big for me! no size tag inside so please see measurements. laid flat waist 19 inches waist to bottom of shorts 18.5 with a small turn up. inside leg without turning up 7inches width across front section 11.5 inches I would say it would fit a medium straps fasten with a button for shoulder straps but then continue to also include a halter part that ties up around the neck. could be altered easily by moving the buttons, if you sew!
