Batik print strapless, convertible, tiered dress

I show this dress two ways one with the adjustable spaghetti straps, and the other with them tucked in that smocked elastic top acts like a tube top and well work well strapless as well. It was stretch to 19 inches. I’m sure this is a one size fits most dresses with the best size probably being a medium. I can get it on my extra large frame, but it’s pretty tight at the top. The skirt has beautiful ruffled tears to the maxi ham. I love the hand done look up a boutique and this is particularly beautiful and a deep purple and a light bluein excellent condition
