Batwing shabby chic blouse

Very roomy bat wing blouse. Primary color is black. Gathered at the bottom with elastic band so it can be worn at the hip or higher. It is a large and will fit someone that usually wears a 14- 16. Very soft cotton and incredibly comfortable.
