QUALITY: Like-new quality with hook and eye closure. SIZING: it’s a small but I am tall (5’11”) and this fit me well. Length wise it hit me at the top of my butt. THE WEAR: It’s very warm and I have worn as a jacket and also over jackets. Collar stays up if popped but otherwise stays down.
