What dress size will this fit best for a nice body hugging fit?

@cutiepieeb as listed it is an extra small, would most likely fit a 2-4. And it is a bandage dress, they run are meat to be body hugging. I wear a 2-4 depending on which brands and this dress fits me tight. Hope that helps. For direct measurements you can also look at bcbg website
