Bcbg baby blue dress

Perfect condition. Too small for me now. Zip and hook in back. Double lined with satin and the material that makes it puff a little (I don't know name of it...). Strapless. Chest area is padded. Seams for hooks is loose, but can be easily fixed! Or you don't even need the hooks really. Nonsmoking and no odors. Been sitting in the garment bag.
