B.design blue and white mini dress with back zippe

This is a never worn size 6 blue and white mini dress. It has a half back zipper and slouch front neck line with cap sleeves. It has small belt loops that can be used if desired or made to blend in if not wanting to use. It has 3%spandex so it is just stretchy enough. The test is a polyester blend.
