Be Cool Printed Maxi Dress size Large

Flown summer dress from Be Cool. Top is smocked with a square neck. I bought this on Wannable and it has never been worn. Features adjustable spaghetti straps with a flown bottom. This dress is partially lined from the waist to about the knee. Slight ruffle on the bottom and under the bust. Soft florals of pale yellow, pale pink and blue again sand off-white background. 100% rayon Measurements (approximate and measured flat) Bust 15” Length 42” from top of bust to bottom of hem. Dress is an empire waist and therefore not defined.
