teraleigh64 @leanderandhero It can go both ways, I hate it when someone doesn’t say they have a firm price and just turn down a 20% offer without comment. There’s just a lot of poor communication out there!

leanderandhero @teraleigh64 That's true too! I had someone turn down a less than 10% percent offer, yet the listing didn't so "no offers", only "no low ball offers". Oh well!
