yaddygotafatty Wow sorry that happened to you! How did Poshmark not see this though, aren’t all items over $500 inspected for authenticity. They should have intercepted that sale immediately. They are responsible also

beainca @yaddygotafatty Thanks hun, It should under $500. I would have hopped for better resolution from Posh. I got $100 credit. 😔 I learned my lesson. Never would have expected that the card pockets would have wet paint. It wasn't visible upon inspection, only days after when I tried storing my cards.

beainca @yaddygotafatty I am disappointed that we have these kind of sellers on Posh and they can get away with these type's of scams and that Posh has, in my perspective poor resolutions. I ended up losing my money and out of a purse. $100 doesn't cover my ruined nails, designer top or price I paid foe the purse. I would have been happy with at least full purse refund and was happy to ship back to seller.

yaddygotafatty @beainca yea that’s horrible so sorry that happened to you my love! It’s very disappointing. I’ve heard horror stories from here. They definitely need a team to clean up inactive listings and fraudulent listings. I also sent a suggestion last night telling them that when they send high priced items that the box shouldn’t have tape that says Poshmark all over it.

yaddygotafatty @beainca My last package was practically open and I’m sure if they could see what was inside and it wasn’t wrapped that I would have never received it. Again I’m so sorry and I hope that never happens to you again. I don’t know if you can do this but try contacting your bank, get all your money back and file a case. The bank will handle it directly with Posh. Xoxo hope that helps ❤️

luluposhcloset Thanks for the heads up. I blocked her after noticing there are a ton of fakes she is claiming authentic. I don’t know how she even has a closet on here as it against Poshmark policy to sell counterfeit items.

rooster1984 Oh no! I'm so very sorry about this happening to you and I thank you for letting us know! You deserved a full refund and the seller should have done that without you having to ask Poshmark to make her. I always tell my customers that if you shop with me, you have a worry free return and refund. I want all my customers to be happy regardless and I do feel the seller should have showed a little more class and morals with handling the situation. It's obvious the seller was at fault.
