On April 28 of 2016 while jogging on the trails of our local wilderness park, my left leg got weak,what followed was surgery to remove a blockage in my right carotid artery then a stroke while in the recovery ICU, that led to a neuro angioplasty. Then 2 more small strokes in the following year, today I am left with sevre nerve damage in my left hand and arm. I cant write , but other than that, I am back to 100% and jogging those same trails. Thank God for every day you have.

sandfiddler @willowpuppy thanks so much, every day is still a challenge, some good day a lot of bad days. But I give thanks for each and every one I get. Life is precious , but it can be taken away in an instant. I was only 37 workers out every day , but I also lived at a fast pace and took life for granted. Its people like you ,who help me the most❤❤❤❣

trific18 I had my second stroke in 2013 and needing a craniotomy... so I. Can relate to you. I’m sorry about your experience but glad you are back to jogging! 💞

sandfiddler @trific18 awesome glad to hear!! Same here with the residual effects on the left side.good days bad days . Mine unfortunately did put me on disabilty due to severe nerve damage to left arm and hand,used to be a lot more active, into body building and mma not so much these days lol. But we both are blessed to still be here.❣❣❣❣

sandfiddler Wow u r young! I was older than you when I had mine .38 people have the misconception that strokes only happen to older people, I remember being in hospital and the nurses just couldn't believe I had a stroke . I am left handed ,so still cant write. Plz take care and keep in touch ❣❣❣❣
