BeBe bandage peplum dress size small

Never worn but it does have some unstitching but not from being torn, so its easy to fix.. has a couple of spots, dry cleaned will more than likely look perfect ... see pictures and video. The material is almost like spanx, holds you in but not too the point that its uncomfortable. White and it has the leather top and middle strap n black.
