Super cute tank dress by Bebop. The top part is pink leopard print and the bottom is solid black. Casual and easy to wear dress that helps to keep your cold during the summer months. Size is listed as 3x. Fits like an 18/20 Measures 40 inches around, just under the bust and 40 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. I am 5'4 and it comes to the top of my knee. 100% polyester, but honestly, the top feels like a t-shirt material.
