Bea and Dot Modcloth glow-in-the-dark celestial dress

Flared skirt cotton dress from Modcloth by Bea and Dot. Size Medium, has detachable belt at the waist. Hits at the knee if you're under 5'5", if you're on the taller side it'll fit a bit more like a mini-dress. The "medium" translates more closely to a US4, and be advised there's not much ease (stretch) to it. Super comfy in the warmer months, light but structured. And it glows in the dark! Très cool for those late summer nights stargazing. This has been in storage for ages, but is in great shape. Hung out of sunlight from a non-smoking home.
