bhicks12 @katiemid_ hello! I would say that this would fit a C cup. I was a 34D when I purchased this. The top tied comfortably but not much cup coverage. I guess it depends on where you’re wearing it (vacation with significant other, heck yeah!, family pool party, not so much) However, your band size is small, not sure if your cup size reflects that as well making you C or B. I could model if you’d like. Thanks for your interest!

bhicks12 @katiemid_ hi there! So I tried to model this top but it was so inappropriate 🙈 so I placed a measuring tape across the band to show the measurement when tied. I also laid a deodorant stick next to it so you gauge the sizing, THEN I placed it on my 7 year old to show how tight it can be tied to accommodate your petite band width. I hope this helps!!
