rensibbie hello! the water color overlay is pit to pit is 20.5 in and length is 35 in the separate white slip under is 18.5 in pit to pit and length is 31in this is no stretch to the material. slip is 100% rayon. there is no tag on the overlay. i believe it is also 100% rayon, but can't say with certainty
