redeemed_rose @beesmart01 hi! You will really only need dumbbells. There is optional equipment mentioned like the Core Comfort Mat (but you can use any floor mat or none at all), the PT sandbag (literally a bag you film with sand which you can just use a dumbbell for), and a chin-up/pull-up bar which I never had and I have done this program at least 5-6 times. They show a modified option of using a resistance band which is what I did, or you could just modify by doing push-ups or something.
