Hi, I am thinking about getting this for my mom for her birthday. She has bad arthritis in her hands and thought this could help her with her hair but the price is way too high for me right now, so I was wondering would you be willing to go down to 18 or 22 if I was to get it and put an offer of either one of those if not how low would you be willing to go?
