Beaded Cocktail Dress

This is a beautiful navy sheath dress with a black beaded outer layer. This dress needs some TLC, read below: I will include extra sequins/etc. I bought this dress for a wedding, and have worn it once. Even before I wore it, it had started to shed some beads and sequins. I sewed several back on before the event, but I have not washed it due to its delicate nature, and honestly I do not have the patience to keep it in my wardrobe. I am not trying to make money from this sale, I just want this dress to find a good home (I am afraid they will throw it away at Goodwill). Bust = 20" flat (plus some stretch here) Waist = 17.5" (not a lot of stretch due to the beading design) Shoulder to hem = 43" long
