Beaded Randolph Duke skirt size 14 purple

Really dressy and fun skirt has chiffon overlay with multicolored beading in purples and silver length is approximately 25" Waistband laid flat and doubled approximately 33" Skirt is new with tags and has never been worn In my opinion this skirt run small I don't think it so true 14
