Beaded blue blouse

JR Nites New York blouse, polyester. Purply blue. Soft lining with semi-sheer overlay; both pieces attached at neck and elastic waist. Tag says dry clean, but I believe that's only because of beading. Should be fine to hand wash, wash on delicate with other delicate items; may do best in a pillow case or laundry bag. Elastic at waist for definition, and has string belt loops. Tried on a few times, but it never fit me right in the bust.
