Beaded blue handkerchief dress

Black Tie by Oleg Cassini. Purchased 1994 and still ready to be shown off at your next formal to do. Originally a size 10 but altered at the waist, which now measures about 27-28. Fits like a 6-8. 100% Silk with rayon lining. Gorgeous blue color and the beadwork is soo pretty. There are a few areas with some missing beads near the butt area, but not noticeable and probably easy to add back on.
