@georgerib I am not sure how to accurately measure these on the dress and do not want to mislead you in any way. No alterations at all have been made to the dress after purchasing from a retailer. However, it is a 12 petite and yes, it is burgundy / cranberry.

The dress is 53 3/4 " in length from the round neckline to the floor in front and 56" from the top of the zipper in back to the floor. I am 5/4" and wore a low, wedge heel with this, which was perfect.

Hi! It is a blouson waist, but not elastic.There is a bit of stretch to the lining of the dress, however. It really is very comfortable. I will send along photos.
