pamschmeck @itsoinky Under the bust measures 26 inches. The cups look to be B or C size. My sis is about 5'3; I am sure she wore tall heels with this dress. I'm 5'6 and with it on (without shoes) there is an inch at least of length on the floor. I would wear about a 2 inch heel with this.

pamschmeck @itsoinky Great, I will take a look. When is the wedding? Also, do you need shoes? I have lots of nice heels in sizes 7-8. My sis moved onto a boat, leaving her glamorous city lifestyle behind. I have all of her clothes, boots and coats to sell.
