Beaded sheer wrap.

Words alone can't describe this very unique wrap. It's sheer navy blue & white adorned with gold appliques in front and also edges of sleeves. It's BRAN NEW, I had bought to go to a wedding which never took place. Size says S/M but I think it's One Size.
