Has built in bust pads and tacky strip along the top to help secure the dress to your body if you prefer it to be strapless. Comes with a removable single strap. Tiffany blue lace overlay a stretchy nude lining. Zipper closure in back. Has a couple loose rhinestones needing to be sewn back on. Truly beautiful!
