katesgarden @xoyourzonlyxo hi! Thanks for your interest! It is 13$ for 4 and there are three bands with the pearls in one hair tie so you get four hair ties and each hair ties has three bands. It is confusing so I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions 💕
