ooama72ndaoo @meaghanlogic I have no idea why these are shown as being brand new & unopened—complete with a video showing the box from every angle—& then you send a completely ripped open box. I’m obviously escalating this to Poshmark for a return. These were meant to be a Christmas gift, & now I won’t even have time to order elsewhere in time for Christmas

This is just ridiculous. Thanks for ruining Christmas for me, wasting my time & holding up my money like this for nothing, so that I can’t even buy new headphones to replace it with yet

meaghanlogic @ooama72ndaoo Update: Poshmark Support determined the package was damaged during shipping and the buyer was refunded and the product returned. I would never intentionally package a product that wasn’t exactly as described. I sent it in a padded mailer, which I won’t use in the future due to this issue.
